Please read the following return policy carefully before purchasing. We understand it's hard to trust a product which sounds too good to be true. That's why, if there is any defect with your purchase, we're proud to offer you back in-store credit for the same amount you purchased or resend your product defect-free. To obtain your in-store credit, please follow the steps below:
How to Claim Your In-Store Credit:
To be eligible to claim in-store credit, individuals must have purchased from Smart Kip's online store and be able to provide a valid Smart Kip order number.
Please send an email to email@example.com providing your name, order number, and a description and/or photos of the issue with your product. A customer care representative will get back to you within 24 hours to process your case.
If your in-store credit request is granted, it will be issued in the form of a unique code customized to you that may only be used once.
Be on the lookout – your In-Store Credit Code will be sent to you via email through firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that we only accept In-Store Credit Requests within 14 days from the delivery date of your purchase.
At Smartkip, we know sometimes people change their minds or mistakes happen. That’s why, if you change your mind within 1 hour after purchasing an item we will cancel it free of charge. Using the subject line “Cancellation,” please email email@example.com with:
We will then cancel your order and your money will be returned to you within 2-5 business days.
